⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Brent Urquhart

Brent made my home‑buying experience incredibly smooth.

He explained every piece of paperwork clearly, guided me through the process with patience, and always responded quickly — even outside regular business hours.

His down‑to‑earth approach made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

I’m truly grateful for his support and highly recommend him.

Because our family no longer lives in our area where we have lived for the past 40 years, we decided to take the plunge and move to Fredericton.
We contacted Brent Urquhart from The Right Choice Realty and from the beginning to the end, Brent was “The Right Choice”!
We were looking for someone who could lead us because we had not been through this process for a very long time and Brent walked us through this process step by step. We told him what we were looking for and he went to work finding us just what we wanted.
We can’t say enough “good” about Brent. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring and he knows this business of buying and selling homes. We were so very pleased with his work. If you are planning to sell or buy, contact Brent, he’s the guy!

We were very well taken care of in our home purchase. Very friendly and immediate response to all of our questions and concerns and Dave was an amazing guide to all the actions and tasks that were required in the purchase. When he was away for a short while Brent stepped in and provide the same high level of service. We felt very supported, and it was a very worry-free experience.

Through word of mouth i heard Brent was a very good agent. He was born and raised in Fredericton and knows the area well.
He is friendly, reliable, an excellent communicator-and gave me confidence that i would sell my home. He goes above and beyond and i felt like he truly cared about selling my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

As the real estate market went crazy in early 2021, it was hard to find exactly what we were looking for, and at the right price. It all worked out well in the end, and we would like to thank Brent for his patience, professionalism, and punctuality. It was important for us as the first time buyers to have an agent who would not pressure or rush the sale, yet provide encouragement and an honest opinion when required. Once we found THE place, the purchase transaction was painless and well coordinated. We are happy to recommend Brent Urquhart and The Right Choice Realty.
