I grew up in Woodstock, NB and came to Fredericton upon graduating high school in order to attend St. Thomas University, and then went on to graduate from Atlantic Business College. In 2003, my education and work experiences led me to this wonderful career of a Real Estate Professional!

I’ve been meaning to write this for some time, but better late than never, right? I’ve worked with Kari twice now (both buying and selling), and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. I really do feel lucky when she walked down the stairs into an office to help me on that day I decided to purchase my first home in 2018, and it is because of that experience that I enlisted her services again when I sold in 2025. From day one she made me feel completely at ease in what is usually a really stressful process. Kari helped my girlfriend and I purchase our first home. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always answered emails and texts immediately. She spent two days driving us around all the different areas outside of Fredericton and found us the perfect home in our budget. We can't say enough good things about her and Natalie! They even got us a beautiful housewarming gift and some beautiful flowers. When my family make their move out this way I will make sure to make sure they use Kari as well!
