Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We started looking for a house in the midst of COVID! Being first time buyers and also relatively new to Canada we were not sure what to expect. We worked with Mike Lint and from day one he was able to advise us and share his knowledge whenever we went to look for houses. We learnt so much from him. Mike had incredible patience with us because it did take us a long time to finally find a house we loved and wanted. We did it and we really appreciate everything Mike did to help us! It has been a rollercoaster but Mike always encouraged us even when he saw we were disheartened by the process of bidding wars etc... Thank you Mike. I highly recommend Mike Lint to help you with your housing needs!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We decided a couple of years ago to consider a move to New Brunswick from Newfoundland to be close to family. We looked casually at properties on realtor.com and were attracted by a link house in Fredericton just by the river. I wasn’t sure about the garage being big enough so enquired of the realtor: Mike Lint. He responded quickly to our enquiry but then asked if we would like to be sent listings, according to our preferences. We said yes, and for the next couple of years, Mike sent us listings frequently.

Then earlier this year, we decided to get serious about moving. We identified several properties of interest and arranged with Mike to view them. In a busy week’s visit, we looked at quite a few properties, settling on the one we eventually bought in the Pepper Creek area.

Mike was patient with us during the couple of years before we got serious and did an excellent job in arranging our viewings in the few days we gave ourselves to try and decide on what we wanted to bid on. He was super efficient in submitting our bid and the follow-up efforts to arrange inspections, etc.

We can recommend Mike as a friendly, informed and professional realtor: we could not have done better.

So, if you are looking for an excellent realtor in the Fredericton area, choose MIKE LINT at The Right Choice Realty.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really enjoyed working with this team. If you want help finding a great home, ask for Mike Lint. He spent countless hours driving all over the area looking for houses with us and was always quick to find the answers to all our questions. This team went above an beyond, when upon closing, they gave us a beautiful gift basket with more than $150 gift cards to local restaurants, a bottle of wine, wine glasses, and much more. Even after closing, they have been very quick to respond to any, and all, our questions about this exciting, and sometimes confusing, world of home ownership.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the pleasure of working with Mike to find us a place where we can invest our money. Mike is an incredibly collaborative person who serves you with passion and ensures that your needs in finding the right place are well taken care of. I can’t express how much my partner and I appreciated working with him. His recommendations, points of view, and opinions are valuable and come from experience. I wish I had millions of dollars to invest in his knowledge and commitment, but for sure, our next purchase will be taken care of by him. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We bought our house back in 2017 - it was our first house, we had no idea what to expect or how long we should be looking. Mike Lint took us around to 20+ homes over 8+ months. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and patient during our search. He didn't once pressure us, was incredibly responsive, and never made us feel as though we were wasting his time.

After 8+ months of searching, we decided we were going to sign a new lease at an apartment (despite all the time and effort Mike put into our search). The day before signing our lease, Mike brought us to one more house. We ended up putting an offer in which was accepted within 48 hours. We've now been in that house for nearly 5 years, grown to a family of 3 plus a dog and 2 cats, and added some new touches to make it our home. We cannot thank Mike and The Right Choice Realty team enough for their help and patience and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The name is no joke and so happy that we made the right choice by choosing this very professional team. They made what can be stressful very easy. The overall team was great and a wonderful experience, but Mike Lint made the experience all the better. His knowledge and experience was clear in all conversations.

Selling a home can be stressful and there is always a little uncertainty, but Mike kept us informed and ensured that we always understood what was going on. Mike's strategies on selling and pricing allowed us to sell for more than we ever thought possible. Mike and team paid for themselves.

We did make the right choice and would do it again. Thanks again Mike and team.

My fiancé and I have been searching for our first home together and have been so privileged to work with the wonderful Mike Lint from The Right Choice Realty. We were nervous going into the process but Mike has helped us with identifying what aspects of a house are most important to us, has taken time to educate us on the intricacies of buying a home, is patient, honest, compassionate and values our experience!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My family decided to live in Fredericton last August, we want to find a nice house and this house has something for all of us. We found a house through Realtor, Mike Lint received us, introduced this house in detail, and understood our requirements. Mike provided professional advice and details in the process. Because we are newcomers, don't fully understand the process, and had some house-related questions, Mike always gave us good answers and help us to find resources to solve. We fully trust Mike and recommend him to my friends.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found Mike when we were in Ontario about to be posted to New Brunswick and a house he had listen caught our eye, and how lucky we are that we stumbled upon that listing! We purchased our current house with Mikes help, without ever seeing it. We put a lot of trust into him and he did not disappoint. He took us on many virtual tours, helped us put in many offers, and eventually helped us purchase. His attention to detail, willingness to accommodate a time difference, and the many many questions I had at all hours was very appreciated. When we sell, we will be using Mike as our realtor with no hesitations.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We bought a home from out of province with the help of Mike Lint. It was unnerving to buy a house sight unseen but Mike acted as our eyes and ears, sending us informative video tours, answering all my questions, handling the pre close inspection and even offered to check in on the home during the period between closing and move in. He was very easy to deal with and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mike was wonderful to work with! He was extremely patient, transparent, and answered all of our questions, explaining the process step by step and supported us in finding the best opportunities. Ultimately we found an amazing home! We had worked with a couple realtors in the past but Mike followed up and that showed us that he was dedicated to supporting us through this complex process we were about to start. We recommend Mike to our friends and highly recommend Mike to anyone who is searching for a realtor.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve dealt with the RCR team both personally through purchasing my home and professionally through my work as an appraiser. The team is always professional, have great knowledge in both the commercial and residential markets and are very community oriented sponsoring many different organizations in the city as well as time with Dave coaching his daughter in the FYRA and agent “Coach Mike Lint” who is heavily involved with the FMBA and has coached my son for a number of years. Highly recommended calling the Right Choice Realty whether buying/selling/leasing based on my own great experience.
*Also love our family pumpkin 🎃 each year.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend The Right Choice team after working with Mike Lint to buy our property in 2018 and then also to sell it in 2022. We bought a house for our kids and their friends to live in while going to UNB and Mike helped us find the perfect spot that wasn’t the typical student housing. We appreciated Mike’s honesty and patience in leading us to the right place. Four years later, we certainly benefited from a booming market but again working with Mike made a huge difference in managing an efficient sale process and optimizing our opportunities. Would 100% work with him again.

He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! He's always available, even way after we moved into our new home. The Right Choice Realty is absolutely your best choice!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were downsizing and our Realtor had retired. We needed someone with good knowledge of the Fredericton area to sell our house and find a smaller home that still suited our needs. Mike was recommended by a relative.
What I found most impressive about Mike was his knowledge about the 'bones' of homes and things he pointed out about the structure and design.
I would highly recommend Mike to give you sound advice and assistance with the Right Choice Team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mike Lint of The Right Choice Realty was recommended by my daughters hockey coach at St. Thomas University in 2020. Mike was available at any time to answer questions about a number of potential homes for our daughter and teammates to live in. Through this stressful time, Mike made this online purchase seamless. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our daughter going away to school. In 2022 we purchased a second property with Mike. Once again we were pleased with Mike's outstanding attention to detail and professionalism.
Thank you, Nick Pelowich
