She constantly sent us new listings that met our specific criteria and took the time to answer all our questions.  She was quick to respond and was available to us anytime day or night which fit with our schedules.  She followed up on any requests we had or any outstanding requirements to keep the process running smoothly, helping to remove any foreseen obstacles that would delay closing and take the stress off the home purchasing process.  The relationship even continues after closing day when there were some small issues that arrived after the fact late at night, but she answered her phone and quickly helped resolve them.
