Taylor Forsythe was born and raised in the Fredericton area. Before entering real estate in 2023, she spent several years in the hospitality industry at local favorites Wetmore Street Pub and Mama’s Brew Pub, where she developed a natural ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service. Since becoming a Realtor®, Taylor has built her business around strong relationships, trusted knowledge, and a passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions – buying and selling a home.

When not helping clients, Taylor enjoys the outdoors going four wheeling, snowmobiling, fishing, go to a sporting events, or simply just going for a walk in the fresh air with her partner (also Taylor!), their daughter Quinn and golden fur baby, Bruce.

While Taylor has loved her work with buyers, sellers, investors, down-sizers and forever homers, she especially has a passion for first time home buyers and new construction homes.
